Lente op de Zuidas

Dinsdag begon officieel de lente op de Zuidas tijdens ons Arbeidsrecht actualiteiten seminar. Interessant om samen met onze cliënten te bekijken hoe het Nederlandse arbeidsklimaat verandert na de aanpassingen van het ontslagrecht. Is de arbeidsmarkt daadwerkelijk flexibeler geworden of leeft er angst voor het vaste contract? Hoe ga je om met (het vertrek van) 65 plussers en langdurig zieken? Hoe ga je als werkgever slim om met de wettelijke bepalingen rondom reorganisaties?
