Lotte is an attorney at law at HDK and was admitted to the bar in 2017. She advises extensively on reorganisations, acquisitions, restructurings, employee participation processes, individual dismissals, illness-related employment issues, performance matters, summary dismissals, and workplace misconduct. In addition, she has substantial experience in litigation. Before joining HDK, Lotte worked at Baker McKenzie in Amsterdam.
