Emma Harlaar
ATTORNEY AT LAW
Emma is an attorney at law and was sworn in as an attorney in 2016. Emma advises regularly on reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, flexible workforce, and individual dismissal cases. Emma is the go-to sparring partner for the HR professionals of our clients. In addition to her work as an attorney, Emma annotates legal judgments and contributes to legal literature. Before joining HDK, Emma worked at a medium-sized law firm in Amsterdam.
Education: Post-academic specialization course in employment law (PALA)
Memberships: the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association (VAAN), the Association for Young Employment Lawyers (VJAA), the Association for Employment Law (VvA)
