Job opening Attorney Associate
In 2009, HDK was founded with the idea that labor law services could be approached differently. By truly collaborating with clients. No lengthy memos but instead, offering concise, practical, and to-the-point advice. It turned out to be a successful approach. Our clients have been with us for years, and as labor law enthusiasts, we work alongside them on all labor-related matters that arise. We handle cases of the caliber seen at large firms but in a smaller, more intimate setting, catering to both multinational corporations and SMEs. Our cases range from reorganizations, individual dismissals, and acquisitions to employee participation matters. We have since grown into a close-knit team of six dedicated labor law attorneys.
Located in a characteristic Amsterdam building, we operate in an ambitious team. While everyone has the flexibility to manage their workday and work from home, we each have our own workspace at the office where we spend most of our time. Lunches, celebrations, and Friday afternoon drinks are often held in our sunny backyard.
To expand our team, we are looking for an associate attorney, preferably someone who:
- Has completed the Professional Training for Lawyers (Beroepsopleiding Advocatuur)
- Has an excellent command of both Dutch and English
- Has labor law in their DNA
